Club card is a plastic card featuring the company logo, discount rate, ID number and card terms and
conditions.
SELA club card is not individualized and does not have expiration date.
Club card rules:
SELA club card can be used only in SELA retail network and entitles you to discounts in all SELA brand stores,
except for economy-class stores (SELA discount centers, and sale outlets).
Club card discount apply to all purchases immediately after the card is issued. The purchase, making you eligible
for the card is not discounted, unless the special promotion rules apply.
Club card discounts do not apply:
- During corporation-wide sales.
- For discounted items.
- In economy class stores (SELA discount centers, sale outlets).
- With other club discount cards.
- With other discounts effective during promotion actions, unless otherwise specified.
Discount may be permitted on other cards which are not SELA club cards, if they are approved by the corporation
and presents a mandatory condition in shopping malls for the opening of SELA network stores. The discounts
granted thereby are limited to 5% (with analogous discounts granted on SELA club cards). In the event where the
customer has several club cards at a time, one of which is SELA club card, the discount will be given on SELA
club card, unless otherwise agreed with companies providing such discount cards.

If the club card has been lost, it may be reissued, if the owner has been registered in SEAL club and filled out
the club membership card.
SELA club member rights:
1.To receive discount in the amount indicated on the club card.
2.To receive additional optional service: information on new collections and actions and events conducted by the company.
3.To let other people temporarily use the card. The corporation guarantees the discount at the rate indicated on the card.
4.No club member is limited by the club and is free to join other discount systems and customs clubs.
5.If the Corporation represented by any network retail store does not fulfill its obligations or violates the rights of the club member (member of SELA club) the latter is entitled to file a written complaint to one the SELA corporate retail departments:

SELA club member responsibilities: 1.To fill out membership club application card (see Exhibit 1) for receiving SELA club card at SEAL retail store. The information contained in membership card is confidential and is required for compiling the database of club members.
2.To fill out membership club application card (see Exhibit 1) for exchange of old card for new ones and for receiving a higher discount percentage card, for the purpose of membership database update.
3.To return 3% discount card when receiving a 5% club card, and 5% discount card, when receiving a 7% discount club card.
SELA corporation rights:
1.The corporation is entitled to introduce new club cards.
2.The corporation is entitles to change rules for obtaining club cards and their validity.
3.The corporation is entitled to withdraw or suspend club cards.
4.If club members do not fulfill their responsibilities, the corporation reserves the right not to issue club card.
SELA corporation responsibilities:
1.To grant to club member a discount at the rate indicated on the club card.
2.To offer additional service to customers upon request: inform of new collections and company actions and promotions.
3.To inform club members of changes related to club card use.
4.To inform club members of introduction of new cards not later than one year prior to expiration of the old club cards.
5.To exchange old club cards for newly introduced club cards.
The rights of regional partners (representatives) of SELA corporation:
1.Upon approval of SELA corporation, change the rules of issuing club cards in the course of sale stimulation actions and brand promotion.
The responsibilities of regional partners (representatives) of SELA corporation:
1To issue and service club cards according to the rules of issuance and service, regardless of the location of issue of a club card.
2.To give a club member a discount at a rate indicated on a club card.
3.To provide additional optional service upon request: inform club members of new collections and events conducted by the company.
4.To inform club members on changes related to club card use.
5.To inform club members on introduction of new club cards at least one year prior to the expiration of the old club cards.
6.To exchange old club cards upon the introduction of the new club cards.
7.To report to SELA corporation on club cards issued according to set timeline and form.
8.To give SELA corporation information necessary for creating the single club membership database.

ISIC (International Student Identity Card) – is an international student ID card
with a photo, ID number and expiration date.
Some cards feature SELA log on the back.

ISIC card is valid in SELA stores network and entitles holders to discounts in all SEAL stores except for
economy class stores (SELA discount centers, sale outlets).
ISIC card discounts are not granted:
- During corporation-wide sales.
- In economy class stores (SELA discount centers, sale outlets).
- With other club discount cards.
- With other discounts effective during promotion actions, unless otherwise specified.
On your birthday, or during the week before your birthday, all customers receive 5% discount to all
SELA products!
If you already have SELA discount card or ISIC card, the
discounts are added up (during sales, the discounts do not add up).
If you don’t have SELA discount card, and your purchase does not qualify for getting one, as a gift
we shall give you a 3% discount SELA club card, which will be valid starting with next purchase
(in the period of sales, the card will be valid from the first purchase following the end of sale).
Note:
In the period of sales, the discount is not granted on the card.
The discounts are not granted for products purchased on special (reduced) prices.
